Away We Go! Youth Travel Camp is also in pursuit of the following principles in order for the camp to run.

Commitment–Away We Go! Youth Travel Camp wants to inspire strong interpersonal skills,inspire international pen pal relationships,and instill a sense of hope in the future all while allowing youth to travel, experience various cultures and learn.

Responsibility–The focus of Away We Go! Youth Travel Camp is to empower youth in establishing goals and following through on commitments. Allowing inner city students to experience how other cultures experience learning while traveling.

Possibility–Away We Go! Youth Travel Camp wants to expand the perspective of young people to make them aware of life’s possibilities.

Support–An individual is dramatically influenced by their travel support system. Away We Go Youth Travel Camp wants to surround young people in a caring, inclusive learning environment while traveling other parts of the world.
